Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit, and include your printed RMA form.
Ship to Our Facility
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for your records.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
